Welcome to Red Friday Talks
At Red Friday Talks, we are committed to supporting those who dedicate their lives to service—first responders, veterans, military personnel, and their families. Founded on the principle of Remember Everyone Deployed (RED), our mission is to provide accessible resources that foster resilience, wellness, and connection. From free peer support training to specialized tools addressing trauma, moral injury, and narcissistic abuse, we’re here to empower individuals and communities to thrive. Whether you’re on active duty, transitioning to civilian life, or supporting a loved one, we’re here to help you build strength and navigate the challenges that come with a life of service.
Free Peer Support Training for All
One of our cornerstone offerings is our free Level 1 video-based peer support training, designed to equip individuals with the essential skills to provide and receive support. Built on decades of experience in emergency services, this program is tailored for anyone affected by trauma—be it first responders, veterans, or family members.
With a focus on active listening, recognizing emotional distress, and building safe, confidential environments, this training is your first step toward creating lasting, meaningful peer networks. Join the thousands who have benefited from this free resource and start building stronger, more supportive communities today.
Join the Movement Red Friday Talks began as a grassroots initiative, encouraging people to wear red on Fridays to show support for deployed service members.
Today, we’ve expanded that simple act of solidarity into a comprehensive organization dedicated to wellness, advocacy, and education. From free training programs to community engagement and professional support services, we’re working to create a future where service comes with safety, health, and meaning.
Whether you want to take part in our training, join us in advocacy, or simply show your support by wearing red on Fridays, there’s a place for you in our community.
Together, we can honor those who serve and help them thrive during and after their time in service.
